Oslo District Court ruled in favor of the complainant. Statnett does not agree with this and has appealed this decision to the Court of Appeal. The appeal proceedings can take several months. As a consequence the Kvandal – Kanstadbotn project will be delayed.
Regarding the validity of the contract award
As notified earlier there was filed a complaint against Statnett about the award of the contract for power line construction on the Kvandal – Kanstadbotn project.
