Our procurement processes are conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (in Norwegian) and the Regulation concerning Procurement for the Utilities Sector (in Norwegian).
For procurement processes exceeding the threshold value in the Regulation concerning Procurement for the Utilities Sector, Statnett has chosen Achilles Utilities NCE as its qualification system to identify suitable suppliers and publish qualification questionnaires. Suppliers can register themselves in Achilles Utilities NCE, and will receive invitations to our tenders there.
