In the event of an accident

Live cables and high-voltage power lines are extremely dangerous. If any equipment comes into contact with a high-voltage power line or a live cable, you must contact us immediately.

In the event of an accident at one of our high-voltage installations, follow the instructions below.

If machinery or a vehicle comes into contact with a high-voltage power line or cable:

Call our 24-hour hotline on +47 71 68 90 20
Make sure that no people or equipment get close to the vehicle or machinery
Remain in the vehicle until you have been told that the electrical supply has been cut off

In the event of fire, you must evacuate the vehicle:

Do not make contact with the vehicle and the ground at the same time
Jump to the ground with both legs together
Walk with short steps (or hop) away from the vehicle
