Reduced grid tariffs in the national grid next year

The tariffs for the national grid for 2011 have now been adopted by Statnett’s Board of Directors. The consumer tariff will be lowered by almost 30 per cent to NOK 230 /kW.
In addition, we will introduce an equalisation scheme from 2011, similar to those used by the grid companies. This will enable us to avoid major tariff changes in the future.
Other tariff elements remain mainly unchanged and in line with the current price strategy.
