NorNed – zero capacity Friday 9th January

Thursday morning, an outage occurred on the NorNed-cable between Norway and the Netherlands. The cable is again fully functional and will be available to the market from mid-night 10th of January.
Capacity on the NorNed cable is set one day in advance. Thursday morning the 8th of January, the failure was still subject to investigation. At that time, it was not possible to give an exact time when the cable would be back in operation. As a consequence, the cable capacity for Friday 9th of January was set to zero.
