Update repair NorNed cable

Statnett and TenneT have recently made good progress with the repair works of the NorNed cable. Another off shore joint has been made, and it is expected that the repair works will be completed within the coming days, depending on sustained good weather.
The repair operation will be followed by a period of testing to ensure a reliable infrastructure for the market. The test programme comprises a low-power (LP) test sequence to validate the basic functionality of the NorNed HVDC link, followed by a high-power (HP) test sequence to ensure that the infrastructure is capable of a stable and controlled 700 MW transmission.
